CHARLESTON COUNTY, SC – Police in South Carolina are investigating the shooting death of Tyrone Moore, half-brother of Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Moore once lived with White, attending Mill Creek High School. The 21 year old was shot and killed early Saturday outside a nightclub in James Island, SC.
Police are still searching for suspects or a motive in the case.
On Saturday, Falcons owner Arthur Blank released a statement to the media, stating, “We were all saddened to learn about the death of Roddy’s brother Tyrone. Roddy is part of our Falcons family, and families stand together in difficult circumstances. Roddy and his family can count on our support through this very trying time. On behalf of the entire Falcons organization, we extend our deepest sympathies and prayers to Roddy, his mother Joenethia, and their entire family.”
