Rashad Richey Examines Internal Causes of Violence

Today on Real Talk with Rashad Richey, our special guest Denesha Chambers, a licensed Professional Counselor and CEO and Founder of Living Color Red LLC. Denesha Chambers joined Rashad and the Real Talk audience in wake of the string of violence that has taken place in Atlanta and its surrounding communities, to examine the internal causes of these random acts of violence and how they can be prevented.

On Saturday May 10, a nine month old infant was shot and killed along with 3 women in a home invasion. The shooting is said to be in retaliation for the murder of a Dekalb County woman who witnessed a murder on May 3.

There was also a shooting at Therrell High school in which 5 people were shot, 4 were Therrell High students. The 17 year old gunman turned himself in to authorities, and has been charged with aggravated assault.
