Today on Financial Solutions with Rob Wilson, we discussed planning your finances for your child’s education. Today’s conversation was a precursor for today’s events at the Georgia state senate in which governor deal is scheduled to sign the Zell Miller Grant Bill, which will provide tuition coverage for technical students whom are eligible for the HOPE scholarship, and who maintain a 3.5 GPA.

Although there are multiple avenues to pay for your child’s postsecondary education, such as scholarships, grants, financial aid, and student loans. Rob Wilson advised listeners to set a budget when their child is born and maintaining that budget, along with pushing them towards educational excellence.
