Paul George’s Home Robbed During Game 5

GEIST, Ind. (CBS Atlanta) – Somebody knew Paul George wouldn’t be home Monday night.

While the Pacers were playing the Atlanta Hawks in Game 5, somebody broke into the Pacer player’s house and stole several items.

CBS Sports reports that over $16,000 worth of items went missing.

According to a police report from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department obtained by CBS Sports, a NBA All-Star ring valued at $15,000, a “Flex” watch worth $700, and a pair of Air Jordan 4 Toro sneakers worth $170 were stolen.

Police believe the theft happened between 7:15 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. They reported to George’s home around midnight.

The police report said there was no sign of forced entry.

The Hawks won Game 5 and now lead the series 3-2.
