Geoff Miller, Mental Skills Coach for the Atlanta Braves,. Geoff cleared the table and shared that he’s not a “sports psychologist”, but a mental skills coach. Geoff explained that “it’s not his job to be a hype man, but to help each athlete understand how to perform under pressure”.  He also broke down his job into three parts. Randy asked the percentage of players that hold themselves back and you may be shocked to find out Geoff’s response.  He’s also shared a couple of stories of guys that were success stories of his help.
