Mistrial On Murder Charge, Dunn Guilty Of Lesser Charges

A jury in Jacksonville Florida could not agree on a guilty charge for software developer Michael Dunn in the murder of 17-year-old Jordan Davis of Marietta.

Dunn faced five charges after shooting at a group of black teens who were playing loud music from their vehicle at a convenience store in November 2012.

The jury found Dunn guilty of four of the five counts involving attempted murder and firing a weapon into the car.

The judge ruled the first degree murder charge a mistrial. Florida State Attorney Angela Corey, who also tried the George Zimmerman case, says she will retry Dunn for the murder of Davis.

Here is more on the verdict from CBS News

Dunn will be sentenced on March 24.
