David Manuel is a celebrated Who’s Who in Black Atlanta, and for good reason. A graduate of the Atlanta College of Art with a BFA in advertising and graphic design, David has masterfully used his talent, network and expertise to bridge different cultures together using art as a vehicle. Formerly the director of community relations at the Woodruff Arts Center, David now serves as the executive director for the state-of-the-art Porter Sanford Arts Center in Decatur, Georgia. There he brings a diverse range of programming possibilities to Southern Dekalb County. He is also the author of I Am A Father, a work that celebrates African American fathers using the testimonies of children whose fathers include Sidney Portier, Ossie Davis, Yung Joc and many others.
V-103 salutes the artistic voice of David Manuel!
