BENTONVILLE, Ark. (CBS Atlanta) – In perhaps the ultimate in retail irony, Walmart has been selling a Banksy print entitled “Destroy Capitalism.”

And wasn’t even an authentic work by the graffiti street artist, known for his anarchic flair.

The artist’s publicist said what the giant chain store was offering was counterfeit.

The comes at a time when Walmart is already under fire for reports of low wages and worker abuse.

Some of its own employees staged Black Friday “strikes” to protest what they say is unfair treatment.

The company has pulled the product from its stores and website.

Though it did not offer a statement to CBS, Walmart issued a statement blaming third party suppliers and promising to review the matter.
