Atlanta (WAOK/AJC) — Jeffrey Wall Delk of Clarke County, Georgia was charged Tuesday with 43 counts of child sexual exploitation according to the Athens-Clarke County Police Department.

Delk, 51, was arrested after a search warrant was executed at his home by Athens-Clarke County police and officers at the University of Georgia. Officers seized cellphones and computers from the residence. Delk subsequently resigned from his post as the assistant director of gift and estate planning for the University of Georgia. He is being held in the Clarke County jail without bond.
