The deal calls to build a new $672 million stadium for the Atlanta Braves. The commissioners have planned a meeting for Tuesday evening to resolve and create a better understanding with the baseball team and residents.
Cobb Count residents will have to help fund this move which includes the creation of a stadium and a entertainment complex. The 30-year contract will include reallocating existing property tax revenue and implementing new taxes on business and tourism in the area.
