The Sidney Wood Show: UGA Students Discuss Protest & Racism

President of the Black Affairs Council, Ms. Caroline Bailey and Raven Gibson was on the show today discussing some of the issues African American students are facing down at UGA.  Racist and homophobic comments were posted on the Facebook pages of two affinity group, which prompted a Nov. 8 rally in front of the football stadium. There were 100 students and faculty members, many of them carrying signs, attended the silent protest in front of the administrative office. Listen to the interview below…
