Db is back from his trip to Haiti, and wanted to update his listeners on what was happening in this country. For those who don’t know, the citizens in Haiti are currently protesting against their president, Michel Martelly. They are accusing him of cronyism and failing to assist the poor. Citizens in low-income communities feel that he is working for the rich, and neglecting the needs of those living in poverty. To get a better understanding of the situation, Derrick Boazman, Senator Vincent Fort, Bruce McMillian and Joseph Beasley traveled down to Haiti, and got a chance to talk to the leaders who were involved to see how the issue can be resolved.
