Tony Dungy – the first African American head coach to win the Super Bowl and current NFL analyst – joined the 10-18-13 edition of The HBCU Report to talk about the 2013 NFL season so far, the Brothers Manning, HBCU Sports – and he even made an early prediction on who he thinks will represent the AFC & NFC in Super Bowl XLVIII.

Coach Dungy has a true eye for talent. Did you know that in 2003 with the 138th overall pick in the 5th round of the NFL Draft he selected Atlanta native Robert Mathis from Alabama A&M University? In week 5 of the 2013 NFL season Mathis became the 30th player in league history to record 100 career sacks.
