NEW YORK – The University of Georgia is back in the top ten following its 41-30 victory over South Carolina. The new Associated Press Top 25 poll has the Bulldogs (1-1) at number nine. South Carolina (1-1) dropped from number six to 13th in the new poll.

Alabama (1-0), who had the weekend off, remains the number one team in the country, just ahead of Oregon, Clemson, Ohio State and Stanford. The Tide play sixth-ranked Texas A-and-M Saturday in a game you can hear on Sportsradio 92.9 The Game.

Georgia Tech (1-0) received ten votes in the poll. They travel to ACC rival Duke (2-0) on Saturday.
