Police Arrest 3 Men In Killing Outside Restaurant

ATLANTA (AP/WAOK) – Authorities say they’ve apprehended three suspects in connection with a deadly shooting outside a Zaxby’s restaurant in Cobb County.

Authorities say 29-year old Jarvis McNabb of Marietta was gunned down shortly after 8 p.m. Wednesday in the parking lot of the business on South Cobb Drive in the Smyrna area.

Police say 27-year-olds Desmond Mosby of Atlanta and Gershom Joshua Brown of Marietta were taken into custody Thursday by the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit in conjunction with the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force. Investigators also arrested 29-year-old Kemanie Rhaburn of Englewood, Calif.

Cobb County police say all three suspects face murder charges. It wasn’t known Friday whether they have attorneys.
