ATLANTA (AP/WAOK) – Clark Atlanta University officials have announced Barnes & Noble College will manage and operate the university’s bookstore.
University spokesman Larry Calhoun said Monday that the bookstore is closed this week and will reopen July 15 under new management.
Clark Atlanta President Carlton Brown says he’s confident the partnership will serve both the campus and the broader community.
Officials say Clark Atlanta students will also be able to participate in the Barnes and Noble GenNext Panel, which is a national online panel aimed at having students give insight to help the company ensure the products they’re offering are in line with course material and emerging trends.
Barnes & Noble College CEO Max Roberts says the company is committed to providing the latest in educational content and an unmatched retail experience.
