Andrea Sniderman Re-Indicted In Husband’s Death

ATLANTA (AP/WAOK) – Prosecutors have filed a revised indictment against the woman accused of arranging for her husband to be killed.

A DeKalb County Superior Court Judge Tuesday dismissed four charges of making false statements against Andrea Sneiderman. Her attorneys argued 13 of the 16 charges she faced were vague and the language wasn’t specific enough as required by due process clauses.

Sneiderman is accused of arranging for her former boss, Hemy Neuman, to kill her husband, Rusty Sneiderman, outside a Dunwoody preschool in 2010. Sneiderman has pleaded not guilty to all 16 charges.

A jury found Neuman guilty but mentally ill of killing Rusty Sneiderman.

Officials say prosecutors filed a revised 16-count indictment last week and clarified some of the language in the charges against her.
