As Thursday’s NFL Draft nears, the subject of Geno Smith and his draft status has made folks wonder why, and our next guest – USA TODAY NFL columnist Jarrett Bell – says it’s called ‘the Black tax’, as for the third straight year, an African-American quarterback has been subjected to stinging critiques about his talent and work-habits.  Cam Newton, RGIII and now Geno Smith have been hit with damning stereotypes and code words that seemingly crop up every time an African-American QB is projected as a first overall (or high draft pick). Kordell Stewart talked about his own experiences as a African-American QB in the league.
