ATLANTA (WAOK) – Some doctors say if you’re over 40 and noticing little changes in your vision, like things look blurry, you may need reading glasses. Dr. Rishi Singh with the Cleveland Clinic says bring some reading materials to the drug store and try on the glasses. If you find you hold objects too far out, you may want to increase the strength, which is marked by a sticker on the lens. Singh says buying reading glasses from the drug store is an economical solution to help you see better.
LONDON, United Kingdom: Reading glasses are held over the first printed edition of the book 'Origin of Species' (1859) by Charles Darwin at London's Natural History Musuem, 08 June 2006. The book was a gift from Charles Darwin to his collegue William Berhard Tegetmeier and forms part of the museum's 'Kohler Darwin Collection.' The collection is the largest and most comprehensive collection of books by and about Charles Darwin in the world, and is also the biggest purchase by the Natural History Museum.
