Today,  35 educators from APS must turn themselves into the Fulton County Jail after an indictment was issued on Friday accusing them of participating in a scheme to falsify students’ standardized test scores.

We extended the conversation a bit more to include the possibility of an “educational malpractice” statute in states that would allow for possible criminal or civil liability for not teaching students what they need to know to be successful.
