On Friday, District Attorney Paul Howard named 35 educators in a 65 count indictment relating to the APS CRCT cheating scandal. They are required to surrender at the Fulton County Jail by Tuesday.
Taxpayer money will be used to prosecute these 35 educators. But the larger issue is…why can’t these children pass the test on their own? Why can’t these kids read and write like many of their white counterparts?
