Today on Too Much Truth, Derrick addresses the possibility of an indictment for the teachers who were involved in the APS cheating scandal. For the next couple of days, jurors will hear evidence in the case. Their have been talks of indictment, racketeering and a long list other charges for those who may be involved. Back in 2011, the state had investigated a total of 178 educators, including 38 principles. Many were falsely accused for falsifying test scores, and many lost their jobs. It is also rumored that the evidence that was collected in this case was lost, or not strong enough to bring forth charges.
