Presidential spokesman Jay Carney says the White House fully expects the annual Easter Egg Roll to “proceed as planned” on April 1st. Unfortunately, you must have an invitation from the White House to attend. Don’t be discouraged though because here is a list of places you can take your children to hunt for Easter eggs right here at home.

Friday, March 22

The City of Acworth Parks and Recreation Department is partnering with Freedom Church for Acworth’s second after dark Easter Egg Hunt!!!  at the Acworth Sports Complex, located at 4000 South Main St. Acworth, GA 30101. The Easter Bunny will skydive in at 8:00 p.m. For more information on the Acworth Egg Hunt visit www.acworthegghunt.com or call the Acworth Parks and Recreation Office at 770-917-1234.
