Things got real heated as Governor Nathan Deal ment with leaders of several civil rights organizations, which includes the NAACP, over the dismissal of 6 DeKalb School Board members. The governor made a comment that some feel was insensitive and racial. Many left the meeting in an uproar, which lead to the meeting ending with nothing accomplished.
