On Power Talk with Lorraine Jacques- White we talked about Gov. Nathan Deal’s decision to back SACS and suspend six of the nine school board members. We also talked about the one year anniversary of Trayvon Martin’s murder. We had Commissioner Sharon Barnes-Sutton and Senator (D) Emmanuel Jones call in and Interim Superintendent Michael Thurman come in to talk about the whole Dekalb County situation.
