The State Board Hearing officially started today at 8am with a statement from the DeKalb school board attorney Bob Wilson. Attorney Wilson is challenging the constitutionality of the statue and objecting to the evidence on hearsay and relevance issues. We called on Dr. Steve Perry, Principal of Capital Preparatory Magnet School in Hartford, Connecticut to give us some insight on this issue in Dekalb County.
