Current chair Eugene Walker announced Monday that he is stepping down from his leadership position, though he will remain on the board. Also Monday, Walker and four others voted to pay former Georgia Attorney General Thurbert Baker and his law firm at least $150,000 for “governance training.” Is 150,000$/50,000 per month excessive?
