After an exciting weekend of NFC Playoff action, the Atlanta Falcons advance to face the San Francisco 49ers for the NFC Championship. The Niners had big weekend themselves, beating Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers by a final score of 45-31 behind quarterbacking phenom Colin Kaepernick.
