CLAYTON COUNTY – A Clayton county police officer was seriously hurt, after being run over by a fleeing robbery suspect. Investigators say the officer was responding to a call at a K-Mart Distribution Center off of Old Dixie Highway. Offcers searched the adjoining neighborhoods around Frontage Road, for hours, after apprehending one of the suspects. The other suspect is described as tall and heavy set, and was said to be wearing black trousers, and a black cap.
