Georgia’s First Lady Sandra Deal and 11 Alive’s Karen Greer check in with Mo @ the 11 Alive Can-A-Thon. It’s also a Free Your Mind Friday and Mo talks about fast-food workers striking for higher wages in New York. McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy’s and others currently pay $7.25 minium wage and workers are seeking $15. Many WAOK listeners back the strikers. NAACP President Ben Jealous joins Mo to talk about their work in grading the hotel industries diversity hiring practices.
