DEKALB COUNTY – (WAOK/AJC) Andrea Sneiderman, the Dunwoody widow, suspected of conspiring to kill her husband has apparently come to an agreement with her fomer in-laws over the visitation and custody of her children. Bill and Marilyn Sneiderman had filed suit against Sneiderman in Fulton Superior Court, a day affter Andrea’s arrest in August, claiming she was denying them visits with the grandchildren.
The lawsuit has been dismissed, but neither side commented about it. Andrea Sneiderman is facing racketeering, perjury, insurance fraud and other charges, for her alleged role, with her former boss, Hemy Neuman in the November 20-10 shooting death of Rusty Sneiderman. She denies any involvement, and remains under house arrest on a $500,000 bond. Neuman was convicted of the murder in March, and is serving a life sentence.
