ATLANTA (WAOK/AP)-Rapper Gucci Mane is being forced to pay a woman over $58,000 after pushing her out of his car.

Back in 2011, Radric Davis, also known as Gucci Mane, pled guilty to several charges and was sentenced to six months in jail.

According to TMZ, Diana Graham sued the rapper after he pushed her out of his Hummer for refusing to accompany him to a hotel.

Graham recently won the settlement after Gucci Mane failed to appear in court and also submitted a false testimony.
