ATLANTA (AP/WAOK)- Police in Atlanta say they’re stepping up patrols after a rash of carjackings in the city.

Authorities say an investigation of the crimes leads investigators to believe at least three carjackings are connected.

Police say the suspects used a gun to carjack a woman on Memorial Drive Tuesday night. Other crimes took place on Glen Iris Drive and Bill Kennedy Way.
