DECATUR – (WAOK/AJC)  -  Police say a woman is in custody after she told DeKalb County Jail authorities she had a bomb in her car.  Investigators say the woman  drove to the inmate entrance of the jail facility telling them,  her sister put a bomb in her car.    A department spokesman says the woman was arrested and will undergo a mental evauation.   The entire east side of the jail facility was shutdown,   for about 4 hours,   Thursday afternoon,   while the bomb squad inspected the four door white sedan.  They lifted the lockdown around 6:00pm.  No one was hurt.
