ATLANTA – (WAOK/AJC) – Investigators say a 20-year old man from Chicago, in town visiting over the weekend is now charged with hit and run, and vehicular homicide in connection with a weekend crash that left a local couple dead. Police say 20-year old Bryan Butler may have been racing on Memorial Drive, when he hit and killed 31 year old Danya, and 33 year old William Crumbley early Saturday morning. Butler made his first court appearance today in Fulton County. He also faces charges of reckless driving. Police believe that drugs and alcohol may have been factors in the crash. Bryant is due back in court September 10th. The Crumbley’s memorial service will be held on Tuesday, at the Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors on Georgia 42 in McDonough.
