ATLANTA – (WAOK/AJC) – Atlanta firefighters spent hours trying to maintain a warehouse fire in Midtown on Monday.  The fire reported late in the afternoon,   sent thick black smoke into the air,  that appeared to be coming from the retail and residential Atlantic Station complex,  but the actual fire was reported  behind it on Trabert Street in a building housing various businesses.    At press time it wasn’t known exactly how the fire started,  or if  it originated at Doors Unlimited,  one of the businesses damaged by the fire.    The two alarm fire appeared to burn very fast,   that firefighters say was fanned by wind,  which ignited several nearby trees adjacent to the business.
