ATLANTA (AP/WAOK) – Police are searching for a man in connection with a body found by two fishermen in the Chattahoochee River this week.

Officials say police have issued a warrant for 39-year-old Hajja Kennyatta Martin in the death of Ralph Taco McGhee. The warrant is for aggravated assault and felony murder.

Investigators believe Martin lived with McGhee in Decatur.

Two fishermen called police after they discovered the body on Wednesday of 39-year-old McGhee in the water near Akers Mill Road.

Cobb County police Sgt. Dana Pierce says investigators know how the man was killed and they consider his death a homicide.
