[AUDIO] The Mo Ivory Show: Why Are The Questions On The Republican Ballot Different From The Democratic Ballot?

Today Mo had Special Guest caller, Helen Butler from Georgia’s Coalition For The People’s Agenda,  on the show to explain why there are different questions on the Democratic and Republican ballots. On the Democratic ballot there are questions about the creation of charter schools, tax credit on energy cost,  and whether there should be reduced sales taxes on products that are made in Georgia. On the Republican ballot there are questions on Georgia’s weapons licences, and right to life.

Why aren’t these questions on both ballots? Find out from Helen Below!

Mo also tackled the T-SPLOST legislation topic. She asked listener’s if they are for or against T-SPLOST and why. Many callers responded to this question and expressed their opinions. Mo also commended  the grass root campaigners  against T-SPLOST that are  posted at  Marta stations passing out flyers.
