FULTON COUNTY – (WAOK/AJC) - A Fulton county mother is now in trouble, after authorities say she went shopping and left her two kids alone in a hot car. 29 year old Zecole Thomas is charged with reckless conduct, after passersby saw the kids, ages 5-and-2 in her SUV, parked outside an Alpharetta fabric store. Thomas says her kids were asleep when she went into the store, where she planned to spend no longer then 10 minutes. She is facing charges of reckless conduct and has since bonded out of jail. The children were turned over to their father.
