One of the victims of the of the movie theater massacre in Colorado is ready to file a lawsuit. Torrence Brown, Jr, who was not injured but did lose a friend in the shooting, says he is filing a lawsuit because he suffering from extreme trauma. In his suit, he has three main targets:

1.  The theater for being negligent in having and emergency door in the front that was not alarmed or guarded.  It is believed Holmes entered the theater with a ticket,  propped the emergency door open from inside, went to his car and returned with guns.

2.  Holmes’ doctors.  It is believed that Holmes was on several medications, and the doctors did not properly monitor him.

3.  Warner Bros.  The victim says “Dark Knight Rises” was a violent movie and caused Holmes mimic some of the scenes in the film.
