MIAMI (AP) — A Georgia woman and two children have died after authorities say a minivan jumped a curbed and hit them as they walked to their car after a Marlins game in Miami.
Miami Police said the driver and three of the pedestrians were killed. A fourth victim remains in extremely critical condition. Police did not release their names.
Miami Fire Rescue spokesman Lt. Ignatius Carroll said the victims were a 50-year-old woman, a 13-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy.
Authorities did not say what caused driver 67-year-old Raul Herberto Ortega Arias to lose control of the minivan.
No other details were released. Calls and emails to were not returned Sunday.
The investigation continues.
