DOUGLASVILLE,GA(CBS ATL/WAOK) One of the four teens charged in the beating death of a Douglas County teenager will be in court this week.

Tracen Franklin one of the four men charged in the fatal beating of Bobby Tillman at a house party in Douglasville in November 2010, has an evidence hearing set for Tuesday.

Tillman was an innocent bystander who was stomped to death during a random attack outside of the party.

Tracen Franklin is still awaiting trial.

Three other teens – Emmanuel Boykins, Horace Coleman and Quantez Mallory accepted a plea deal from the District Attorney to avoid getting the death penalty.
