DALLAS – (WAOK/AJC) – Investigators say a live-in housekeeper will be charged with reckless conduct,   after two girls drowned in a backyard pool on Sunday.    Dallas police say the woman got distracted by a phone call,  and lost track of the girls,  when they apparently wandered outside and into the pool,  in the Vista Lake Subdivision off of Mirage Lane.    The caretaker is the grandmother of one of the girls,  Mia Penoyer,  who police say did not know how to swim.   The other victim,    Sophia Juarez,  who lived at the home was allegedly a good swimmer.   That girl’s family had run an errand,   and were not discovered until the brother of one of the victims found them at the bottom of the pool,    when the family returned to the house.
