Congressman Scott’s “Help For Homeowners”

ATLANTA (WAOK) – If you need assistance with your mortgage help is out there for you this weekend. Congressman David Scott is hosting a two day “help for homeowners” community event.

The event takes place today and Saturday at the Georgia International Convention Center. Scott says the metro Atlanta area has been hit hard by the foreclosure crisis and that’s why he is offering these services to those who are behind in their payments or have questions about getting a new mortgage.

The event is until 8pm today and Saturday from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
