Miami Heat forward Chris Bosh says he doesn’t believe he’ll play again until the Eastern Conference finals, if the team gets that far.

An MRI performed today confirms Bosh strained a lower abdominal muscle in Game 1 of the conference semifinals against the Indiana Pacers yesterday. He didn’t play after being injured late in the first half as he drove for a dunk and was fouled late in the first half.

The Heat say Bosh is out indefinitely and will miss at least Game 2 of the Pacers series. Bosh says the season will have to be extended for him to play again.
