Police Search For Husband Accused Of Shooting Wife

SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. (AP) — Police have issued arrest warrants for the husband of a Sandy Springs woman who was found shot eight times outside of her apartment.

Sandy Springs police say they are looking for Michael D. Parson, who is accused of shooting Adina Parsons on April 20. Police say he has not been seen in two days.

Police say they have issued warrants for Michael Parson for aggravated assault, aggravated battery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and giving false statements.

Police say Michael Parson was last seen driving the couple’s 2000 green Honda Civic with tag number 527-XCS.

Police say Adina Parson remains in critical condition at Grady Memorial Hospital. There is a $14,500 reward for information leading to the identification, apprehension and conviction of Michael Parson.
