ATLANTA – (WAOK/AJC) –  Atlanta police say a new clue could lead to a suspect believed to be a serial burglar,  who commits sexual battery against his victims.   Investigators say the suspect,  has been breaking in apartments in the Lindbergh Drive area for the past couple of years,   then assaults and taunts the women,  as he leaves.   The latest incident occurred early Saturday,  when a woman told police she woke up to find the suspect leaning over her.   They believe he’s responsible for at least a half dozen sexual batteries in and around the Buckhead community,  and could be entering the apartments through unlocked doors,  or windows.     Police describe him as black,  between five eight and five ten,  with a medium build,   dark complexion and a raspy voice.   They say during this latest attack,   he did not where a mask,  and the victim was able to give them enough information to come up with a composite sketch.   If you have information you’re urged to call Crimestoppers at 404 577-TIPS or 404 577-8477.
