FULTON COUNTY- (WAOK) –  Police say a teenaged driver will face charges after they say she lost control of her car and clipped another car,   spinning it out of control,   and into the pathway of a tractor trailer,  killing a middle school teacher.    The Sandtown Middle School community is in mourning after that Monday accident,   killed  40-year old Shireen Haynes,  who taught math at the school.  Investigators say she was thrown from the car,     while two others  James and Kay Price were critically injured in the wreck. Traffic on Camp Creek Parkway was shutdown for more than an hour.   Investigators say it appears there’s a violation of either the teen’s license or the vehicle’s registration. The teen’s mother may also face charges for allowing her daughter to drive.
