ATLANTA (WAOK)-After listening to 911 tapes of the moment 17 year old Trayvon Martin was shot to death in Sanford, Florida, Derrick Boazman of Too Much Truth on WAOK decided to do what he does best, get involved. Boazman has secured three charter buses to take people from Atlanta to Sanford, Florida Thursday for the National Action Network rally for justice.

Tickets will be available on a first come first served basis. The cost is $75.00 per person. Buses are scheduled to leave from First Iconium Baptist Church, 542 Moreland Avenue at 6 am Thursday morning. Reverend Timothy McDonald will offer prayer for those headed to Sanford.  Supporters will rally before leaving for Florida and plan to have conversation about the state of race relations in this country on the buses. Lorraine Jacques White of Powertalk will also attend the rally sponsored by Rev Al Sharpton.

Listen for Derrick and Lorraine to report from the road as they keep WAOK listeners up to date on the effort to secure the arrest and indictment of the man who has already admitted that he shot Trayvon Martin to death, George Zimmerman.

The rally is scheduled for 7 pm on Thursday evening at First Shiloh Baptist Church, in Sanford, FL 32771.
