Fourth Man Charged in Gay Beating

ATLANTA (AP) — A grand jury has indicted a fourth man in the videotaped beating of a gay on an Atlanta street corner that was captured in a widely viewed video.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that a Fulton County grand jury indicted 24-year-old Javaris Bradford in the connection with three men of the Feb. 4 beating of 20-year-old Brandon White.

Bradford, Dorian Moragne, Christopher Cain and Darael Demare Williams are charged with robbery, aggravated assault and participation in criminal street gang activity.

Attorney Jay Abt says Moragne was granted a $40,000 bond Friday, but was on probation at the time of the attack and has to wait for a probation revocation hearing.

He remains in the Fulton County jail with Cain, who has not been granted bond. Williams is awaiting extradition from Erie, Pa.

Gay slurs are heard on video as three men punch and kicked White, and one man slams a tire on him.
